Do I need to match before chatting?
Yes, chatting opens after a mutual interest.
With Sapian Plus, you can attach a message to your request to introduce yourself.


Who can see my profile?
Your profile is shown to people nearby based on your settings and filters.


Can I control who messages me?
Yes. You can choose to receive messages from everyone or only from people with a mutual match.


Is Sapian for dating?
No. Sapian is for real-life socializing — walks, conversations, coffee, and shared activities.


Is my location always visible?
No. We only use your location to show nearby people. Your exact location is never shared.


What is Sapian Plus?
Sapian Plus unlocks extra features like:

• Unlimited requests
• Attaching a message to a request
• Viewing all incoming requests
• Unlimited profile browsing
• Advanced privacy controls and filters

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.


How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed.
